Gambia Awards is obliged to:

• Provide the educational content and assessment services as described in the program descriptions.
• Protect the confidentiality of personal data, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
• Issue recognition certificates only after the successful completion of all assessment stages.

3. Limitation of Liability

Gambia Awards assumes no liability for business decisions or financial losses resulting from the application of knowledge acquired through our programs. Certificates attest to competence according to the program's internal standards and do not constitute a guarantee of future results or a mandatory legal license.

4. Payment and Refund Conditions

Program fees are presented transparently on the site. Refunds are possible according to the specific policy of each program, communicated prior to enrollment confirmation. Refund requests are not accepted after access to course materials has begun.

5. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a user's access to the platform, without prior notice, in case of violation of these terms, fraudulent behavior, or non-payment. The user may cease using the services at any time, without the right to a refund for the unused period.

6. Modification of Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. The current version will always be published on this page. Continued use of the platform after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
